Intellectual/Developmental Disability Services

A complicated service delivery system often challenges
individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities as they seek
assistance meeting their physical, social, and emotional needs. Case managers
assist individuals in determining eligibility for services and then work
collaboratively with individuals and community partners to plan services that
enhance the individual's quality of life. Throughout each person’s life stages,
the case manager monitors the delivery of services and advocates for consumers
when needed.
Intellectual disability services are available for individuals aged 22 and above. For younger individuals, please get in touch with our Child & Adolescent Services division.
