District 19 Child & Adolescent Services currently offers the following array of services, but is constantly seeking ways to expand and better meet the needs of children with mental health and/or substance abuse issues. The Child & Adolescent Division provides community-based prevention and treatment services to children of all ages. Programs within the Child & Adolescent Services Division include: Early Childhood Services and Specialized Children’s Services.
