Welcome to District 19 CSB!
For over 40 years, District 19 CSB has provided behavioral health services to residents of the cities of Colonial Heights, Emporia, Hopewell, and Petersburg and the counties of Dinwiddie, Greensville, Prince George, Surry, and Sussex.
We provide various services for adults, adolescents, children, and infants experiencing mental illness, Intellectual/developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders.

The March 2024 Board of Directors meeting will be held on Thursday, March 28, in the District 19 Board Room, 20 W. Bank Street, Petersburg, Virginia. Public comments begin at 6:00 p.m.

District 19 Community Services Board recognizes the disparities and injustices that exist towards individuals of color across all systems. These disparities and injustices exacerbate and negatively impact the behavioral health and wellbeing of individuals in our community. Silence and inaction is equal to consent, therefore we are committed to supporting systemic changes to fight injustice, inequality, and discrimination as an agency. We also know how important it is to listen and learn when people with lived experiences are speaking. District 19 CSB supports unity, inclusion, and equity for all individuals. We stand in solidarity with our black colleagues, partners, members, and communities. As an agency, we reject racism and stand together to work towards reform. We will continue to provide support and services to our most vulnerable population, together.
